For Her™ balm is protective in spots where skin rubs together, like thighs, the underside of arms, on heels and toes. The balm creates an invisible barrier and guards against chapped and cracked skin. Great in dry or humid heat, or in the cold. Ideal every day for work, travel, fitness, and play.

What it Does

Stops trouble before it starts®. The balm forms a dry, invisible barrier to protect your skin against the effects of friction and rubbing. The formulation makes it easy to apply for all-day protection from skin on skin rubbing, chafing from clothing, or pinching and friction from shoes, protective gear, and other irritants. The balm is water and sweat resistant – keeps pores clean by letting sweat escape and skin breathe. Effective and long lasting for daily use in demanding conditions.

This, rich in Vitamins A, B, E and F, formula is never wet or greasy, keeps pores clog free. Sweat escapes and lets skin breathe. How to Use

Before you put on clothes apply, directly from the stick, on inner thighs, under arms, around (sports) bra, wherever skin is sensitive to rubbing. Apply to intact skin before activity or anytime. Wash off with mild soap.

For external use only on intact skin. Keep out of the reach of children. When using this product do not get into eyes. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens, symptoms last more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days. Do not use on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, serious burns. If swallowed, get medical help or contact Poison Control Center right away. Store at 59 – 86 F (15 – 30 C). May stain some fabrics.

Does the job

I love this product, using it for a while and this time it was a top up. I always using it before long runs.

Summer freedom!

No need to bake in the chub rub shorts any more! I know this is designed for athletes, but it also works for chubby middle aged women who just want to wear a frock in the summer without thigh rub! Genius!

Fantastic!

Bought this a couple of weeks ago - as ive lost a bit of weight my leggings have been dropping slightly during runs causing major chafing on my upper thighs and botty area. Used this a few times and can honestly say, not had any chaffing since! Will be re purchasing for sure!

Doesn’t glide

Really struggling to use body glide effectively. It does not glide when used directly and does, in fact, feel quite painful when trying to apply directly. Tried rubbing onto my hands and then applying to the required area, but that has little effect. Sorry, cannot recommend this product.

Works well against skin but not so well with skin vs fabric but still very happy with the product
